It’s been a long couple of years, but Wesley has continued to gather in these pandemic times, both online and in-person. With the 2021-2022 academic year we are gathering much more in-person and we’ve been able to add a weekly (outdoor) meal back into our life together.
In order to gather safely and to love our neighbors by caring for the whole community–vaccinated and unvaccinated–we have a few guidelines for our gatherings and our physical space. The basics:
Wesley COVID-19 Policy
1. Complete our Health Assessment Form for every event (anywhere) or visit to our building.
2. Masks required inside at all times regardless of vaccination status.
3. Masks required outside when there is less than 6ft of physical distance.
4. No food or drink indoors, other than water bottles.

Wesley Weekly Dinner & Worship
“Wesley dinners have been a great time during my week to focus on worship and fellowship instead of my usual stress. It’s been super interesting to see the different forms that worship can take beyond ‘regular’ church. I also could never pass up the opportunity for good food!”~Kayla Blalack, Class of 2024
“Being back in person and sharing conversation and food together has been wonderful, and of course the patio is an added bonus! Having a flexible, safe space to be together and explore new forms of worship this semester has been lovely. We’re so thankful to all the churches who have provided meals for us so far; it is definitely a bright spot in everyone’s week!”
~Kate Dotson, Class of 2023
