Free Yoga – Wednesdays @ 5:30pm

Take a moment to breathe and pray on your feet — and your back, and your knees….with yoga!  Our free, drop-in yoga class meets Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30pm and is taught by certified yoga instructor Caitlin Pitts.  No experience is necessary, just a desire to learn and to center yourself in God’s presence. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a mat if you have one (we have some on hand, too).  Whether you come every once in a while or every week we hope you’ll make this a regular pause in the busy-ness of university life.  This class is open to the university community.  Our spring session runs 1/25 – 4/11 (excluding 2/29, 3/7) .
