Looking for a place to live that feels like home? Want to share more with your housemates than just leftover pizza? Want to explore what it’s like to live in an intentional Christian community?
Then I invite you to consider applying to live in the Wesley Residential Community!
As you may know, “The Cottage” (right next door to Wesley) is the Wesley Foundation’s student housing, offering individual rooms for 4 students each year. Each fall we accept applications from Wesley students who are eager to live more fully and faithfully, and who want to try doing that in community with other Christian students. Along with me, the Community Liaison committee of our Board reviews applications and selects residents for the next academic year.
There is more information on the application (available in hard copy at the office or by email: deborahATwesleyatuva.org) about living in the Wesley Residential Community, including rent, lease dates, and more details about the commitment residents make. Take a look and please let me know if you have questions or want to talk more about this opportunity.
I hope you’ll prayerfully consider if God might be calling you to life in the Wesley Residential Community next year. Though it is most likely that we will select either an all male or an all female house, all are welcome to apply — men and women and students of any year in school. The deadline for all applications is Monday, November 29th at 12 noon.
