Yoga has started up again at the Wesley Foundation and we hope you’ll be part of the Wednesday evening group each week or whenever your schedule allows.
Same day, time, and place: Wednesday @ 5pm in the living room at Wesley.
Certified yoga instructor Caitlin Pitts is our faithful and fearless instructor again this semester and will be teaching the class each week through April 28th (excluding March 10th during spring break).
Wesley offers this yoga class — free — to the University community, so please invite a friend, roommate, colleague, or church member to come along with you. No prior yoga experience is necessary and we have mats here to use during the class.
It’s a great way to bring someone new with you to Wesley and it’s a fantastic break for prayer and meditation in the middle of our busy weeks.
